All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions. These shall form part of any contract concluded between Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) and a buyer.  Placing an order with Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) means you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them.   Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

1.  Contract with the customer.

A contract comes into existence when Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) accepts an order from the customer ie; when payment is made.

2. Pricing

The prices of the goods are those specified on Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) Web site. The price displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at 17.5%). 

 Orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email or telephone. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

3. Purchasing

The customer may place an order on the web site, by telephone or by fax.  Payment may be made by credit or debit card, cheque or postal orders. Postal order or cheque orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.  Cheques should be made to Every Occasion Parties.  Card payments will be shown going to Every Occasion Parties.

4. Dispatch and Delivery

Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days of receiving the order and payment.  Local orders will be hand delivered by Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) and will require a signature upon receipt.  All orders which are not local to Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) will be delivered via Royal Mail who aim to deliver 3 - 5 days after posting.  Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to unforeseen events or by any damage or loss of goods while in transit.

5. Returns and Cancellations

All items are checked by Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) prior to being dispatched so that all of our customers can be completely satisfied with their purchase.   If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to inform us of your intention to return the goods.  You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) require you to return any such items in a pristine and saleable condition in their original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. On the receipt of the returned goods, Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) will inspect their condition.  If we find they are damaged or not in a saleable condition, we will return them to you at your cost. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel may be revoked. 

6. Back Orders

If any items ordered by the customer are not in stock at the time of ordering, Ideal Stitch and Craft (part of Every Occasion Parties) will dispatch items as soon as they are back in stock.
